As your Realtor, I have the resources to find the homes that meet your criteria, provide information and facts on properties that interest you which include the history of the property, type of sale, as well as local community information on the property such as utilities, zoning, schools, and more. I will provide you with a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to assist in determining a price range on an initial offer and final price you are willing to do. My goal here is to equip you with current market information to ensure a sound investment that will bring you more wealth when it’s time to sell. Of course, Real Estate is an ever-changing market and I cannot predict what the Real Estate market will be in the future.
